Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Master of Dungeon website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Bitforge sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate access for any account that we reasonably believe is held by someone who does not meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@bitforge.fun if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Pre-Registration

By pre-registering, you agree to receive notifications about the game launch and related updates. Pre-registration does not guarantee access to the closed beta or to any specific game features. We reserve the right to limit or revoke beta access at our sole discretion.

5. AI-Generated Content

Master of Dungeon uses artificial intelligence to generate dynamic storylines, characters, and game content. AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may vary between sessions. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, inconsistencies, or content that may be unexpected. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated dynamically and may not always reflect intended narrative outcomes
• We are not liable for any AI-generated content that you find inappropriate or inaccurate
• You may report problematic AI content through our in-app feedback tools

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, software, trademarks, and other materials related to Master of Dungeon are the exclusive property of Bitforge sp. z o.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Service may offer virtual items, currency, or premium features available for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Service. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or rebalance virtual items at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitforge sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., analytics, payment processors, social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
